There’s lots of talk about mindfulness but what does mindfulness really mean?

The essence of mindfulness is being present by placing your awareness in the moment you’re currently in.

It's an acceptance that life is not perfect or easy 100% of the time but rather we can welcome any feelings or thoughts whilst simultaneously appreciating the moment.

Ways to be present include engaging your senses so you can be calmly present and experience each moment.
